Italo mobile site and app

Download the new Italo Treno App, for iPhone and Android and you’ll have instant access to the world of Italo. Purchase a ticket, consult our timetable and manage your booking all from your phone in a easier way.

If you don’t have any Phone or Android device, simply visit and use the mobile version of our website to book your ticket or check your journey details.

In-station ticket offices

You’ll find Italo ticket offices in all stations where we operate, and our staff on hand to assist you with your purchase. You can also use our Self-Service ticket machines which accept credit cards and bankcard and, in some cases, also cash.

Purchase tickets through call-center: 06 07 08

Pronto Italo is our Contact Centre where you can call an Italo staff member to purchase your ticket every day of the week from 7.00 am until 11.00 pm. Calls cost the usual fee charged by your network. No sales service fee applied.

Travel agencies

We understand that many people like to have a travel agency organise their travel, so for your convenience we have selected a network of agencies throughout Italy where you can purchase or exchange your Italo ticket.

Assistance to passengers with reduced mobility

Italo reserves Passengers with reduced mobility a direct and easy channel to buy ticket, receive information or reserve the station assistance service: Pronto Italo, our Contact Center. You can call at 06.07.08 to purchase your ticket every day of the week from 7.00 am until 11.00 pm (no sale service fees).

To purchase these seats please call Pronto Italia on +39 060708. This service includes no additional fee. All Italo AGV trains have dedicated spaces reserved for passengers with reduced mobility, whilst you’ll find two wheelchair spaces in Carriage 8 ( in Carriage 3 on Italo EVO trains). Wheelchairs must not exceed the maximum dimensions prescribed by EU guidelines: 700 mm wide, 1200 mm deep and height of 1090 mm. Once in place in the reserved space, the wheelchair should be put into its “parked” mode with its brakes applied. These spaces are close to the disabled toilets. To request assistance for passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility, please contact Pronto Italo on +39 060708 at least 30 minutes before departure time and organise a meeting point where one of our dedicated team members will meet you. This service can be requested up to 1 hour beforehand between 8.00 am and 10 pm in the following stations: Rome Termini, Rome Tiburtina, Firenze (Florence) Santa Maria Novella, Bologna Centrale, Milano Centrale, Napoli Central, Afragola, Salerno, Turin Porta Nuova, Turin Porta Susa, Venezia (Venice) Mestre and Santa Lucia, Verona Porta Nuova and Padova (Padua). For all other stations it must be requested no less than 12 hours prior to travel.
