To benefit from the Fast Track service, you must show your digital loyalty card to Italo staff at the station by logging in on italotreno.it or on the App together with a valid ticket. It is understood that the Fast Track service is accessible only in the departure station of the Italo AV train.
To benefit from the environment upgrade, it is necessary to contact Italo Assistance on 892020 (paid number). The upgrade applies only with reference to the Italo AV train.
To benefit from access to the Italo Club Lounge, you must show your loyalty card and a valid ticket for a trip to be made on the day of access to the staff. It is understood that the aforementioned benefit is limited to the departure lounge of the Italo AV train.
The discount reserved for Platinum Level holders is valid for the purchase, from their Personal Area, of Flex tickets, in the Prima and Club Executive rooms. The discount is reserved for trips made exclusively by the Platinum cardholder. The aforementioned discount is valid for trips to be made by 31.12.2022. The discount does not apply to the purchase price of an Italo AV ticket sold in combination with the buses of Itabus and the trains of another carrier.
