  • The holder’s name is indicated on the carnet (book of tickets), is valid on the selected route (in both directions) and cannot be refunded.
  • Single journeys can be changed as many times as you like at no extra cost, up to three minutes before departure.
  • The Carnet may only be used to board the relative train once it has been booked and desired train trips must be booked before boarding, at least 3 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
  • This carnet can be used every day, except on public holidays and on Sundays.
  • The ticket can be changed via the website, the App and in stations.
  • The Flex in Prima Business (Flex in First Class) carnet and the Flex in Smart (Flex in Smart Class) allows you to collect Italo Più points.

  • Choose the two cities that you want to travel between
  • You can buy it via our Italotreno.it website, mobile site, app and our “Pronto Italo” Contact Center or directly at the station, by our Italo Ticket Office. Always remember to reserve your seat on Italotreno.it before making every purchased trip.
