Children up to 4 travel free on Italo trains on an adult’s lap (without their own assigned seat). Tickets for children under 4 with their own assigned seat and or and children from 4 to 15 are discounted at the Basic and Economy rates:

ItaloInsieme
ItaloInsieme is a special offer for groups of 3-5 travellers travelling together in Prima or Smart. Children under 4 travelling without their own assigned seat (on an adult’s lap) are not included in the total number of travellers in the ItaloInsieme group, and may be added to such a group.

ItaloInsieme tickets must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with the following discounts over Basic prices:

On-board services
Italo offers free Wi-Fi in all journey ambiences, with access to entertainment content via the Italolive portal, including a vast selection of Medusa movies.
All trains are equipped with a diaper changing pad in the large toilet in coach 8.

In Smart, the Snack Area has vending machines for snacks and drinks, and you can choose to travel in the Cinema Coach to enjoy a film with your family.
In Prima you are served at your seat, and can book a meal with your ticket or purchase it on board, choosing from Eataly menus created exclusively for Italo.

In-station assistance
Italo offers all travellers the use of Casa Italo in the stations it serves: a comfortable, practical service centre to wait in before you set off.
