Our sales channels have been designed to be simple and easy to use, and to enable you to enjoy maximum price transparency and easily identify the most economical solution for your journey. Here’s where you can purchase Italo tickets:

ITALOTRENO.IT The online ticket purchase section is available 24 hours a day for making purchases simply and quickly. In addition to buying your ticket, you can also purchase the mobility services we offer with our partners: you will be automatically directed for your purchase to the partners’ websites where you can benefit from the favourable terms which Italo has negotiated for you.
In Prima and Club you can also book your meal on board when you buy your ticket.

PRONTO ITALO, YOUR CONTACT CENTER Pronto Italo is Italo’s Contact Center, open every day from 5am to midnight, to help you throughout your travel experience. Call 060708 to ask for information, purchase your ticket, request changes and refunds, and will always be answered directly by an Italo operator with minimal waiting time.

SELF-SERVICE TICKET MACHINES Italo has developed an innovative concept in self-service ticket machines, which you can easily find in stations, both in Casa Italo (inside and out) and at a number of convenient transit points.

With their striking design and especially wide screens, they have been created to make the purchase of your ticket, as well as any changes and requests for refunds, as easy as possible. There is also a simplified fast purchase function which allows you to buy a ticket in less than a minute. If you need any assistance, our staff is on hand to help you use the self-service ticket machines.

Payment can be made by credit and debit cards, and also in cash on some machines.

TRAVEL AGENCIES Italo has selected the best travel agencies for you to make your purchases and to change your booking, at places that are most convenient for you in your city. Travel agencies may charge extra for the service in addition to the cost of the ticket: this extra payment is at the agency’s discretion (Italo does not benefit from it).

PLATFORM BOOKING You can also buy a ticket from Italo staff members with a mobile device right on the platform, up to 3 minutes before train departure time. You will be assigned a seat on your selected train (subject to availability) and you will then pay for it at your convenience on board the train, for only about 15% more than the Basic ticket price.
