Your journey ambience: 5 choices for unique levels of comfort Italo puts style and quality within everyone’s reach by offering a range of journey ambiences - these options represent different journey types and different levels of service, but all options ensure that you enjoy the highest levels of style, quality and comfort throughout your journey. Instead of choosing travel classes, you can now meet your own needs selecting from 3 main journey ambiences and 5 different ways of travelling: Smart and Smart Cinema, Prima and Prima Relax, and Club.

A friendly company The staff members you’ll meet when travelling with Italo have been trained and certified at our Training School to ensure you receive ongoing customised assistance and the right answers to your questions. All Italo contact points, whether by phone, on the Internet, in the station or on board, have been developed to enable us to get to know and recognise our travellers. By sharing information between these various points of contact we can quickly provide the best possible specific answers to your questions.
Last but not least, the staff who are on hand to assist you are all Italo employees and are never sourced from other companies. They are employed on permanent contract, which improves the overall level of service and helps create a relaxed working environment.

Italo No Stress, our mobility services With the support of specialist partners, Italo offers a wide range of Italo No Stress services to make your journey simpler before you reach the station and on your arrival. Our services range from parking spaces that can be booked at special rates to flexible car rental packages with or without a driver.
